We started Primavera after hearing the same story again and again: people paid for cleaning, then checked every room afterwards. That felt backwards. So we built a company around one simple idea: checking our work is our job, not yours.
We called it Primavera because it captures the feeling we want to leave behind: you open the door and it feels like spring.
Finance by training, cleaning by choice. I am a detail-minded perfectionist with a love of clean, orderly spaces. My day starts early, with a long walk with my dogs before the first visit. At home, I practise patience with more than 200 bonsai trees. Each one teaches me to notice what needs care before the signs are obvious. When the work is done, I cook: dinners for friends, family and sometimes clients.
My path into cleaning began with design: first as an interior designer, then as a facility manager. That means I see rooms the way you want to live in them, not only as surfaces to clean. I take my coffee black and strong, without sugar. Music and podcasts keep me company on long cleaning days. When children are around, you will usually find me on the floor, holding their attention with a pirate story.
Behind every promise on this website are the two of us. We clean together, check one another’s work and answer your messages ourselves. That does not make us the biggest cleaning company in Ticino. It means the people who make the promise are also the people who arrive at your door.
